All prints are custom-made through WhiteWall, and we take care to ensure each order meets our quality standards. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted because prints are produced immediately.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our prints, all sales are final except for the following situations:

    • Damage during shipping

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect items received

  • If your print is damaged or incorrect:

    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Include your order number and photos of the damage or error.

    3. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Shipping Issues

  • Shipping timelines and tracking are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
