3. Orders & Prints

  • All prints are custom-made through WhiteWall.

  • Production and shipping times vary depending on print size and location.

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Purchasing a print grants ownership of the physical artwork only.

  • Digital reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

  • For licensing or commercial use, please contact us directly.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

  • Due to custom production, all sales are final except for:

    • Damage during shipping

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect order fulfillment

  • Report any issues within 7 days of delivery with order number and photos.

  • Verified damaged or incorrect prints will be replaced at no cost.

6. Shipping

  • Prints are shipped via WhiteWall’s shipping partners.

  • Shipping fees, timelines, and tracking are provided at checkout.

  • Delays due to carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

  • Prices are in USD.

  • Prices and product availability may change without notice.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment information is securely processed through Shopify and WhiteWall.

9. Limitation of Liability

Denis Ryan Photography LLC is not liable for:

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

  • Misuse or unauthorized reproduction of prints

  • Website downtime or technical errors
